Flowers and bushes of green – soon to become fields of blue!

blueberry flowers 2

The blueberries are starting to ripen on their bushes…however it will be a month or so (usually Mid-July) before they are ready for picking then we will be in ‘berry heaven’ and this landscape will have changed completely from green to blue!

However fear not!, as luckily for us even when there are no berries ready for picking we still have our frozen berries and fruit wines for sale (produced from last years fruit).

The winery is open daily from 12 noon- 5pm selling (& tasting) wines, ciders and more. So if you are looking for something fun to do – come on by to try and buy.

And watch this space for updates on how our berries are doing!

Our tasting room is now open from Noon – 5pm daily

Why ‘Second Page’ ?

So by now you’ve probably figured out we’ve got a brand new product, an apple cider. And  you may be asking yourself is, “Why is their apple cider branded under the name Second Page?”. Well here at Coastal Black, starting a new product (that isn’t a wine or mead) is a brand new adventure! You could say, we are turning the page and adding to our story and are now  the ‘Second Page’ of our book.

Not only that, but the exciting and growing world of craft cider is different from that of wine and mead and we wanted to make sure these products (that we are very proud of)  makes a statement and stands out.

So turn the page and join us in our next adventure – find them at your favorite local (non-government) liquor store!
